摘　　要：为了充分利用以往的经验,用于注塑成型工艺参数的设置,采用基于案例的推理方法用于获取注塑成型工艺参数。通过建立索引提高检索速度,利用相似度识别最合适的案例。经实际应用表明,基于案例的推理可以有效利用以往经验,提高推理效率。该方法缩短了参数设置时间以及摆脱了对专家的依赖性。To make the best use of past experience in setting of the injection molding process parameters, case-based reasoning method was used to obtain injection molding process parameters. Search through the index to increase the speed of retrieving, and use similarity to identify the most appropriate case. The practical applications show the case based reasoning can effectively use past experience and increase the efficiency of reasoning. The system can shorten the parameters＇ setting time and get rid of the dependence on expert.
