摘　　要：针对级进模设计过程中,工艺切口的多样性和复杂性,采用板料成形有限元分析软件DYNAFORM进行模拟冲压过程,分析不同工艺切口形式对成型的影响,为设计合理的工艺切口提供参考,从而可以缩短设计时间。For the diversity and complextity of the incision in the mold design process, it is suggested that proposed using sheet forming finite element analysis software DYNAFORM to carry on the simulation stamping process, analyzing different influence processing incision on the shaping, thus provides the reference for the design reasonable processing incision and shorten the desien time.
