摘　　要：探讨了中医医案数据库的构建,寻找对医案数据库进行规范化数据处理的可行性方法。针对医案文献数量巨大,收录散杂的问题,提出了对历代医案进行整理,建立数据库的方法。并且,针对词性标注容易引起语义缺失的问题,提出了以语义标注作为医案信息抽取规则的方案。通过研究,表明基于语义标注的医案信息抽取方式有一定的可行性和适用性。Discussing the construction of ancient cases database,searching a feasible method for standardization of data processing.Consider the problem of ancient cases are huge in quantity and unorganized in compilation,construction of ancient cases database is raised to solve these problems.Furthermore,for part of speech tagging usually causes semantic loses,semantic tagging is suggested to be the method for medical information extraction.The research shows that semantic tagging is feasible and practical for medical data processing, and will provide much help for the further study.
