摘  要:采用化学还原法,以硝酸银和过氧化氢为原料制备了粒径为30 nm~70 nm的纳米银粉无机抗菌剂。对氨乙基氨丙基二甲氧基硅烷(DL-602)进行酰胺化,再经季铵化反应制备了有机硅季铵盐类抗菌整理剂N,N-二甲基-N-(β-油酰胺乙基)-γ-氨丙基二甲氧基硅烷硫酸氢铵(ASQA)。最后,将纳米银粉与ASQA进行复配制得Ag-ASQA复合抗菌整理剂,测定了产物的抗菌性能,并与纳米银粉和ASQA进行性能对比。结果表明,Ag-ASQA复合抗菌整理剂与纳米银粉相比,抑菌率提高了近20%,抗皱回复角提高了约24%,白度提高了约4%,柔软性提高了2个级别;与ASQA相比,抑菌率提高了约78%,抗皱回复角提高了约13%。With AgNO3 and H2O2 as raw materials, the nanosized -Ag powder inorganic antibacterial agent of 30 nm -70 nm was prepared by chemical reduction method. Antibacterial finishing agent N, N - dimethyl - N - (β - oleic aminoethyl) - γ - aminopropyhrimethoxy silane ammonium bisulfate (ASQA) was synthesized by amidation of aminoethyl aminopropyl dimethoxy silane ( DL - 602) , followed by quaterization. Finally, a Ag- ASQA compounding antibacterial finishing agent was prepared by the formulation of nanosized -Ag powder and ASQA, and its antibacterial activities were evaluated. The cloth by finishing with compounding Ag - ASQA shows better performance as compared with that finished with single nanosized - Ag powder, the antibacterial capacity, crease - resuming angle and whiteness degree increase by 20%, 24% and 4% respectively. As compared with that finished with single ASQA, the antibacterial capacity, crease - resuming angle increases by 78% and 13% respectively.
