摘　　要：加快欠发达地区农村社会事业发展事关重大、意义深远,随着我国综合国力的总体增长,国内推进欠发达地区农村社会事业发展的政治、经济和文化条件已基本具备。It is of great significance to speed up the development of the underdeveloped rural areas. With the general growth of China＇ s comprehensive state power, we have political, economic and cultural conditions for the social development in underdeveloped rural areas.
