走中国特色农业现代化道路必须立足于区域发展模式

摘　　要：走中国特色农业现代化道路,是科学发展观的题中应有之义,是以科学发展观统领经济社会发展全局的具体体现。该文以海峡西岸的闽台农业合作为特色的现代农业发展模式为例,说明在幅员辽阔、各地资源禀赋和发展水平不同的基本国情下,现代农业的发展道路、经营模式应该多样化。各地区一方面要尊重农业生产的自然规律,研究自身的资源禀赋,另一方面要在全球化的视域中掌握经济发展的动态趋势,立足于这两方面的科学判断,建立各具特色的区域农业发展模式。Taking the road of agricultural modernization with Chinese characteristics, is the implication of the scientific development outlook, and Specific expression of the scientific development outlook guiding the overall economic and social development. This text take the model of modern agriculture development on the west side of Taiwan Straits as an example, which features agricultural cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan, to illustrate that the development of modern agriculture roads and business model should be diversified under the basic conditions that every area＇s natural resources and level of development are different in a vast territory. All regions should respect the law of nature of agricultural production, study their own natural resources, and also should grasp the dynamic trend of the economic development in globalized Perspective. Basing on these two aspects s scientific judgment, all regions should build regional agriculture development model which own distinguishing features.
