摘　　要：美国欠缺行为能力人之监护外关系权主要规范欠缺行为能力成年人如何发展或者继续与除监护人之外的家庭成员、朋友和其他一些熟人之间的关系,保护欠缺行为能力人的社会生活环境决定权、社会交际权及其他合法权利,以及如何正确处理对被监护人的访问请求权与被监护人的婚姻关系。The purpose of this paper is to study how incompetent adults develop or continue their relationship with their other family members than guardians, friends and other acquaintances to protect their decision-making rights in social life and environment as well as their rights of social communication and other legitimate rights. In addition, this paper addresses how to deal with visiting rights and the marital relationship with these incompetent adults.
