摘  要:目的对纳米级雄黄制备工艺进行优化研究。方法利用温度可控惰性气氛高能球磨机来制备纳米级雄黄粉体;采用正交设计实验方法,对球料比、球磨转速、球磨时间、球磨介质去离子水量、球磨温度等球磨参数进行五因素四水平的实验安排;利用激光光散射法和原子力显微镜对纳米级雄黄颗粒的粒度分布和表观形貌进行观察分析测定。结果制备纳米级雄黄的最佳工艺参数为球料比16∶1、球磨转速38Hz、球磨温度-20℃、球磨时间12h、去离子水量取50ml。结论在纳米级雄黄的最佳制备工艺条件下,可以得到粒径小于100纳米的雄黄颗粒达90%。Aim To study the optimum parameters in the preparation of realgar powder was milled in a nitrogen-filled plenary mill. The mass ratio of steel balls to nano-particles. realgar Methods Realgar , the velocity of revolution, the temperature of ball milling,the milling time and the volume of H2O were changed according to orthogonal design of the experiment. The size of realgar nano-particles was determined by laser scattering particle size distribution ana- lyzer and atomic force microscopy. Results The optimum parameters in the preparation of realgar nano-particles were as follows : the mass ratio of mill balls to realgar was 16:1 ;the velocity of revolution was 38Hz;the temperature was -20℃ ;the ball milling time was 12h and adding 50ml H2O as surfactant. Conclusion About 90% of realgar particles under 100nm in size can be obtained under the optimum parameters in preparation of realgar nano-particleft.
