清肺消咳颗粒镇咳 祛痰 平喘作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的研究清肺消咳颗粒镇咳、祛痰、平喘的药理作用。方法采用氨水和电刺激引咳法,酚红祛痰、毛细管排痰法及气管纤毛运动试验,整体平喘与离体气管条收缩试验等方法进行镇咳、祛痰、平喘的效果观察。结果清肺消咳颗粒能明显抑制浓氨水诱导的小鼠咳嗽和电刺激诱导的豚鼠咳嗽;可显著增加小鼠酚红分泌量和大鼠排痰量并明显加快家鸽气管内纤毛运动;对"乙酰胆碱-组胺"诱发的豚鼠哮喘有明显的缓解作用,可显著延长豚鼠呼吸困难与引喘潜伏期,对豚鼠离体平滑肌有明显的松弛作用。结论清肺消咳颗粒有明显的镇咳、祛痰、平喘作用。Aim To study antitussive, expectorant and antiasthmatic effects of Qingfeixiaoke granule. Methods Cough was induced by ammonia and electrical stimulation;phlegm was removed with phenol red and sputum capacity was measured by capillary as well as tracheal ciliate movement, in vivo and in vitro tests for relieving asthma were conducted. The effects of the drug in inhibiting cough, removing phlegm and relieving asthma were investigated. Results Qingfeixiaoke granule could restrain mice＇s cough induced by ammonia spirit, control caives cough induced by electricity, increase phenol red secretion of mice in bronchus along with sputum capacity of rats, quicken tracheal ciliate movement in pigeons, distinctly ease asthma induced by histamine phosphate- acetylcholine in guinea pigs, increase the latent period of difficult breathing and induced asthma and brought about obvious laxation to the isolated tracheal smooth muscle of guinea pigs. Conclusion Qingfeixiaoke granule can effectively on inhibit cough, remove phlegm and relieve asthma.
