摘　　要：目的建立蜂胶软胶囊的微生物限度检查方法。方法采用薄膜过滤法可去除蜂胶软胶囊的抗菌活性。结果本方法适合于蜂胶软胶囊的微生物限度检查。5株验证菌株中枯草芽孢杆菌对蜂胶软胶囊最敏感,可作为蜂胶软胶囊微生物限度检查方法的质控菌株。结论该方法可作为蜂胶软胶囊的常规微生物限度检查方法。Aim To establish a method for the microbial limit test of Bee Propolis capsule. Methods The filtration method was used to inhibit the residual antimicrobial activity of Bee Propolis capsule. Results The method was suited to the microbial limit test of Bee Propolis capsule. The Bacillus subtilis was the most sensitive of the five validation strains, which was recommend as positive control in experiments. Conclusion The method can be used in the microbial limit test for Bee Propolis capsule preparation control.
