HPLC测定妇炎平泡腾片中盐酸小檗碱的含量

摘　　要：目的建立高效液相色谱法测定妇炎平泡腾片中盐酸小檗碱含量。方法采用C18柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-磷酸二氢钾(0.033mol·L-1)-磷酸(140∶360∶0.1);流速:1.0ml/min;盐酸小檗碱检测波长为264nm。结果盐酸小檗碱在0.04～0.20μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9998),回收率为98.44%,RSD为1.27%(n=5);结论该法快速、准确、重复性好,可作为妇炎平泡腾片的质量控制方法。Aim To establish a method of HPLC for content determination of berberine hydrochloride in Fuyanping Effervesce Tablet. Methods q3ae chromatographic column was C18 ;the mobile phase was acetonitrile-potassium dihydrogen phosphate sohition（0. 033mol·L^-1 ）-phosphoric acid（ 140： 360： 0. 1 ） ;the flow rate was 1.0ml/min, and the detective wavelength was 264nm. Results berberine hydrochloride had a good linearity in the range of 0.04 -0.20lag （ r = 0. 999 8）, and the average recovery was 98.44% with RSD of 1.27% （ n =5）. Conclusion This method is simple, rapid ,accurate and reliable, which can be used for quality control of Fuyanping Effervesce Tablet.
