摘　　要：在我国电力市场体系中,省级电力市场的模式需要结合区域电力市场采用统一或分层的模式来选择。结合区域电力市场模式,提出了省级电力市场模式及其交易类型和方式。就如何充分发挥市场配置资源的作用,提出了发展省级电力市场的相关建议。In the framework of China＇ s electricity market system, the model of the provincial electricity market shall be chosen with full consideration for the model of the regional power market, which is either unified or multi-layered. This paper proposes suggestions on the model of the provincial market, the types and methods of the power trade. Suggestions are also given on how to make full use of the market＇ s function in resources allocation and to develop the provincial market.
