摘　　要：针对环氧粉末内防腐涂层的内补口问题,将铁基形状记忆合金管道接头应用于环氧粉末内防腐涂层管道,并对其进行了水压、拉拔和腐蚀等性能试验。结果表明,铁基形状记忆合金管道接头连接系统的密封性能、耐压性能和抗拉拨性能得到了显著提高,且耐蚀性及抗氧化性能优良。The iron-base shape memory alloy pipe joints were applied in the epoxy powder inner corrosion-resistant coating pipes for the inner compensating ports of the epoxy powder corrosion-resistant coatings, and the tests of hydraulic, tensile , and corrosion were conducted. The result shows that the seal, pressurization, and tensile properties of the connecting system of the pipe joints were significantly increased, and the corrosion-resistant and oxidation-resistant properties of the pipe joints were excellent.
