摘　　要：目的观察曲美他嗪对稳定型心绞痛的疗效及安全性。方法88例老年稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为两组:治疗组在应用硝酸酯类、β-受体阻滞剂和钙离子拮抗剂等常规治疗的基础上,加服曲美他嗪;对照组只应用常规治疗。结果抗心绞痛治疗组总有效率为95.7%,对照组总有效率为71.4%,两组比效差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);心电图改善治疗组总有效率为84.8%,对照组总有效率为59.5%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论曲美他嗪治疗老年稳定型心绞痛安全有效。Objective To investigate the effects of trimetazidine HCL on old patients with stable angina. Methods 88 old patients with stable angina were randomly divided into two groups：controls （conventional therapy with nitrate drug, β-receptor blocker and calcium canal blocker） , trimetazidine HCL treated group （conventional therapy and trimetazidine HCL）. Results The total antianginal effiecuve rate ot tnmetazidine HCL treated group （95.7 % ） is significantly elevated compared with that of controls（71.4% ） （P 〈 0. 05 ） ;The total ECG improvement rate of trimet^zidine HCL treated group（ 84. 8% ） is significantly elevated compared with that of controls（ 59. 5 % ） （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Trimetazidine HCL has therapeutic effect on old patients with stable angina.
