摘　　要：目的研究POEMS综合征的临床特征,减少误诊,误治的发生。方法总结1例POEMS综合症的诊断及治疗经过,结合文献对临床特点进行复习。结果POEMS综合征临床特点为:多发性周围神经病、脏器肿大、内分泌疾病、M-蛋白血症与皮肤疾病。结论POEMS综合征是一组症候群,症状涉及多个学科,临床易误诊,必须提高对此病的认识。Objective To analysis the clinical characteristics of POEMS syndrome and reduce the misdiagnosis or mistreatment. Methods We summarized the process of the diagnosis and treatment of one case of POEMS syndrome and retrospectively studied related literature. Results The major clinic feature are shown as following：polyneuropathy, organpomegaly, endocrinopathy, M-protein and skin change. Conclusion POEMS syndrome is a group of syndrome, which is composed of multiple clinical sciences, patient are frequently misdiagnosed, soothe recognition of this disease should be stressed.
