摘　　要：随着我国医学教育国际化的加速,加强医学生国际间交流和合作的能力,提高医学双语教育水平和医学生循证医学实际运用能力迫在眉睫。通过对西部医学院校双语课程教学分级模式的探索,为西部医学院校五年全程的双语教学提供理论及实践基础。With the acceleration of the internationalization of our medical education, it becomes more important to enhance the medical students＇ ability of international communion,cooperation and the application of evidence-based medicine. It＇s an urgent need to improve the medical bilingual education. The target of this paper is to set up a standard of five years＇ bilingual teaching course, which suits higher medical schools in western China and practice this grading bilingual teaching course. This study provides the academic and practical guidelines for higher medical schools in western China on bilingual teaching.
