摘  要:为了实现HFW焊管换规格过程中辊位自动调整到目标位,有效降低板料损失,宝山钢铁股份有限公司自主开发了横焊缝跟踪(CWT)模型。介绍了该模型的原理、辊位自动调整的参数设置、所采用的软硬件以及快速设定系统(Quick Setting)的架构等。利用快速设定系统,通过横焊缝跟踪与钢卷产品变量号(Product ID),在钢卷规格更换之后,成型辊位能够实现自动调整,从而大大缩短了孔型切换的时间(从20min缩短到2min)。For automatic setting of the roll position as per the targeted value in the process of size changeover of the HFW pipe mill, and for reducing material loss, a Cross Weld Tracking(CWT) model is developed by Baoshan Iron & Steel Corp., Ltd. independently. Described in the article are the main aspects of the said model, covering the work principle, the data-setting for auto-roll position change, the hardware and software as employed and the framework of the Quick Setting System, etc. With the said Quick Setting System and via the CWT and the strip coil Product ID, the position of the forming roll is automatically changed following size change-over of the strip coil, and thus the pass change-over time is tremendously reduced(from the original 20 min. to 2 min.)
