摘　　要：目的：探讨连续性血液净化（CBP）治疗伴有肾功能衰竭的多器官功能衰竭（NODS）的疗效。方法：回顾性分析52例经CBP治疗的合并肾功能衰竭的MODS患者临床资料。结果：CBP清除了患者的尿毒症毒素，较快纠正水、电解质、酸碱平衡失调，使血压回升，中心静脉压下降，52例患者总死亡率42．31％，病死率与脏器衰竭数目相关，3个以上器官衰竭病死率近87．5％。结论：CBP能明显改善伴有肾功能衰竭的MODS患者的血液动力学及血液生化指标，降低2～3个器官衰竭患者的病死率。Objective： To investigate the therapy effect of continuous blood purificatious （CBP） in patients multiple organ dysfunction syndrome（MODS）with renal failure. Methods： Clinical data of 52 cases in MODS with renal failure underwent CBP were analyzed retrospectively. Results： The uremia related toxins were cleared, disequilibrium of water, electrolytes, acid and alkali were corrected, blood pressure were increased, central venous were lowered after CBP. The overall mortality was 42.31%. the mortality was related to the numbers of organ dysfunction. The mortality was 87, 5 % in patients with three or more organs failure. Conclusion： CBP can improve hemodynamics and biochemical parameter, and reduce the mortality of patients with 2 to 3 organs dysfunction.
