摘　　要：目的:探讨术前整体护理的重要性,总结术前护理配合要点,提高护士自觉性。方法:对300例骨科择期手术病人实施术前整体护理,同时设对照组进行比较。结果:术前患者准备充分,很大程度的缓解了其不安和恐惧心理,提高了护士的自觉性,认识了术前整体护理的重要性。结论:认真做好手术病人的术前整体护理,不仅使患者在一个相对轻松的心理环境下接受手术,提高病人对麻醉和手术的耐受力,也增强了护士的自觉性,提高了手术效率。Objective：To explore and discuss the important of nursing before operation, conclude the point in the course of nursing, accordingly improve the nurses consciousness. Methods： Practice unitary nursing to three hundred patiens who need operation, at the same time, compare to acother cntrol group. Results：The patient prepared sufficiently, which have relieved the uneasiness and anxiety, improve the nurses consciousness and hotrstic. Conclusion：The nursing the patient better, not only make a relaxed psychological environment, improving operational efficiency.
