摘  要:介绍将连续离心过滤与变径距螺旋压榨分离融为一体的新型分离实验设备的组成、特性及实验系统。采用豆渣为实验物料,测定了滤饼和滤液量随时间的变化量,得到了压榨速率和滤饼湿含量。通过分析得出,转鼓与螺旋的转速差是影响压榨速率和滤饼湿含量的主要因素,实验证明了新型分离设备可以实现连续压榨脱水。The components, properties and an experimental system of new pattern separation equipment are introduced, which is a combination of continuous centrifugal filtration and variational diameter-pitch spiral compression. The quantity of the cake and fdtrate is measured during the progress, and the related faetors such as compression velocity, moisture content are gained in the experiment, in which bean dregs is employed as the materials. We can get the conclusion that the rev differenee between the drum and screw is the primary factor of velocity and moisture content, and the new pattern equipment is proved to be effective in continuous compressive dehydration.
