摘　　要：智能建筑的自动化系统(设备监控系统)功能复杂,设备繁多,且要求统一的管理和控制界面。但智能建筑的智能化内涵还在不断变化,某些建筑还有分期建设问题,进行在役和新建工程的自动化系统集成研究是非常必要的。该文简单介绍了通用的设备及软件集成技术,通过某实际工程,详细说明了在役与新建工程的自动化系统集成过程。该技术已成功应用于多个工程,亦证明了该技术的合理性和有效性。The intelligent building＇s BAS has much more devices and contains complex functions, moreover a uniform HMI for management and control is needed. Nowadays, the intelligent building＇ s intelligence intension varies continuously anti some buihlings are huilt through several split periods. The research on the integration of the BAS between the servicing building and the new huilding is greatly necessary. The paper introduces the common integration technology of devices and software briefly. Then by means of a reality engineering ease, describes the integration process of the servicing and the new buildings in detail. Many practice application cases ilhminate that this technology is rational and efficient.
