PROFINet和PROFIBUS集成网络在熔炼车间监控系统中的应用

摘　　要：介绍了工业以太网现场总线标准 PROFINet 的特点及其应用。分析了某冶炼厂熔炼车间技术改造项目工艺和控制要求后,提出采用 PROFINet 和 PROFIBUS 集成的网络结构,将 PLC 视为 PROFINet 结构中分散式现场设备 PROFINet IO,充分利用西门子"全集成自动化"方案实现了厂方管理层到现场设备层的透明访问。实际运行后证明:该方案极大地节约了项目成本,并提高了企业的生产力。The characteristics and their applications of Industrial Ethernet fieldbus standards PROFINet are introduced in this paper. After analysised the technique and control requirements of a transformation project of a mehshop in the smehing works, PROFINet and PROFIBUS integrated network structure is used, PLC is regarded as a PROFINet IO in PROFINet structure of the distributed field devices. At last, the transparent visit from the management layer to the Field is realized using Siemens ＂totally Integrated automation＂ scheme. The actual running proves that the programme has greatly saved the project costs and improved their productivity.
