摘　　要：详细介绍了基于单片机和 SPC3的 Profibus-DP 与 RS232/RS422/RS485之间通信适配器的研制,并给出了详细的硬件电路和软件设计流程。实验表明该通讯适配器对主站和 RS232/RS422/RS485接口设备具有数据传输功能,为系统开放互连和现场分布式控制打下基础。Being a kind of field bus, Profibus-DP has a broad application in industrial field. The development of communication adapter between Profibus-DP and RS232/RS422/RS485 are introduced in the paper. Based on MCU and SPC3, how to design hardware circuit and software are illustrated in detail. It is found that the communication adapter has the data transfer function, and it is groundwork for open intereonnection and distributed control with system.
