摘  要:研究了单缸双作用隔膜泵输送矿浆流体脉动峰值分散技术。在分析单台往复泵流量脉动及压力脉动产生原因的前提下,论述了多台泵向同一管路输送水煤浆时产生峰值叠加的原因及消除峰值叠加的条件,给出了最优分散相角值及软件计算判断方法和公式,提出了峰值分散技术的概念,以及蓄能器对脉动的消减作用,空气室结构参数与流量脉动衰减率的关系。最后阐述了峰值分散技术在输送水煤浆往复泵组中的实际运行情况。The peak value dispersion technique of fluid pulsation for pulp conveying in single cylinder double acting diaphragm pumps is researched. On the premise of analyzing the cause of flow pulsation and pressure pulsation of the single reciprocating pump, the cause of peak value overlapping of water coal pump conveying in one pipeline with multi-unit pumps and the conditions to eliminate peak overlapping are discussed. The optimum dispersion phase angle, the methods and the formula of software calculation are given. The concept of peak value dispersion technique, the accumulator decreasing the function of the pulsation, and the rela- tionship between the air chamber structural parameter and discharge pulsation tapering rate are put forward. Finally, the practical operation situation of the peak value dispersion tech- nique in high pressure reciprocating diaphragm pump is described.
