摘　　要：该文以上海黄浦江滨江改造和开发为实例,阐述了对城市滨江改造和开发的思考,提出要树立安全保障体系意识、科学合理规划意识、综合整治利用意识,并处理好滨江与城市公共空间的关系。Taking Shanghai Huangpu River Riverside Rebuilding and Development as an practical example,the article sets forth the thinking about the rebuilding and development of the urban riverside,puts forward the setting up of the safeguard system consciousness,the scientifically reasonable planning consciousness and the comprehensive harnessing utilization consciousness,and the dealing with of the relation between the riverside and the public space of city well.
