孟子哲学视野中的权变管理理论

摘　　要：孟子是中国古代著名的思想家,其思想除了具有伦理和政治价值取向外,还具有通权达变的特点,被誉为"中国古代权变管理大师",其思想中充满了现代权变理论的主要观点,如对权变重要性的认识,以时间为转移的权变思想,以空间为转移的权变思想,以对象为转移的权变思想,以条件为转移的权变思想,以时局为转移的权变思想。所有这些,显示出孟子思想对现代管理学具有丰富的魅力。Mencius is a famous Chinese thinker in ancient times. Apart from ethic and political value orientation, there is in the characteristic of his thoughts the feature of changing with the environments, therefore, he has been esteemed as ＂Contingency Management Master in Ancient China. ＂ His thoughts are full of the major viewpoints of modem contingency management theories, such as the acknowledgement of the importance of contingency management, the contingency management thoughts shifting with time, with space, with objectives, with conditions, and with situations. All these have demonstrated that Mencius＇ s thoughts are of rich charm to modem contingency management study.
