浅谈《中国药典》药材与饮片毒性的非临床研究与评价

摘　　要：通过对中药中毒原因的浅析及对《中国药典》药材及饮片毒性分类存在缺陷的分析,简要论述了《中国药典》药材与饮片毒性的非临床研究与评价的必要性,并对其非临床研究与评价的内容等进行了探讨,指出《中国药典》药材与饮片毒性的非临床研究与评价对科学制定毒性分级标准、规范管理使用药材及饮片具有重要意义。By analyzing the cause of intoxication of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the present sit- uation of the toxicity description of medicinal materials and cut crude drugs in China Pharmacopoeia briefly, to discuss the necessity of non-clinical research and evaluation for toxicity of medicinal mate- rials and cut crude drugs in China Pharmacopoeia. In conclusion, it is important to evove the nonclinical research and evaluation for toxicity of medicinal materials and cut crude drugs in China Pharmacopoeia so as to promote the safety use of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
