摘　　要：作为中华民族成员的甘肃特有民族,其历史文化遗产是这些民族智慧、情感、个性以及凝聚力与亲和力的生动体现,是中华文化交融发展的历史见证,它的保护关系到中华文明的传承和发展。随着现代化进程的推进和外来信息传媒的冲击,加上法律的滞后、政府管理的不当、人们观念的缺失和经济的落后,这些民族的文化遗产正面临着严峻的生存危机。由此在现代化背景下如何建立更加适合这些民族情况的依法保护长效机制已成为我们迫在眉睫的任务。Being members of Chinese nation, the specific nationalities in Gansu have historical cultural heritage which is the embodiment of the wisdom,emotion, characteristics, cohesion and affinity,and also the witness of Chinese cultural blend and development. The protection of the heritage relates to the .handing down and advancement of Chinese civilization. With the progression of modernization and shock from foreign mass media, the ethnic cultural heritage is facing the severe crisis of survival as a result of lagging behind in law system, mismanagement of government, people＇s lack of awareness and falling behind of economy. So,in the context of modernization, how to build up a more suitable and long-lasting effective protection system is the pressing task confronted with us.
