前列腺增生的超声改变与PSA的关系

摘　　要：经直肠超声(TRUS)980例,其中104例经病理证实为前列腺增生(BPH),本文见前列腺体积(PV)与PSA值呈正相关(r=0.67).在PSA不同的三组,PV显著差异(P<0.001),而PV不同的三组PSA无差异(P>0.05);BPH两区以上增生54.8%,回声不均73%,伴结石77.88%,且在PSA<4ng和>4ng中明显不同(P<0.01);PSAD>0.15者占30.76%.提示BPH中PSA值与PV回声异常有关.Serum Prostatic specific antigen (PSA) and ultrasounic findings of 104 cases, benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) were studied. Positive correlation between prostatic volume and PSA was found. The echo patterns were 54. 8% enlarged over two zones, 73% inhomogeneous and 81% with stone. Prostatic specific antigen density >0. 15 make up 30. 76% (32/104) patients.
