摘 要:设计了OLED量子效率测试的前置放大电路系统,包括前置放大电路和带通滤波电路两个部分。根据OLED自身特点,系统采用可编程单片机实现程序自动控制,可根据OLED光源亮度的变化而自动改变放大倍数,以使得输出光电流在电流计的准确测定范围内;在单片机控制下,相应的带通滤波电路频率也随之自动改变,以滤掉外界干扰的高频信号而提高信噪比。该前置放大电路系统能够精确测定OLED输出的微弱光电流,以便准确测定OLED的量子效率。This paper designed a pre-amplifying circuit system. The system was composed of pre-amplifying circuit and filter circuit. According to the characteristic of OLED, the programmed single-chip computer was used to automatically change the magnification times according to the luminance of the OLED, so the value of the output photoelectric current was in the range of the accurate determination of the galvanometer. The frequency of the corresponding band-pass filter circuit could be changed in order to filter the high frequency disturbing signal to improve the signal-to-noise ratio. The system can accurately measure the weak photocurrent output from OLED, and then exactly measure the quantum efficiency of OLED.
