摘　　要：介绍了树脂基导热复合材料的导热机理,重点介绍高耐热、高刚性热塑性树脂基复合导热绝缘塑料的制备。The thermal conducting mechanism and the methods of preparation of insulating and thermal conductive plastics were briefly introduced. The study of high heat-resistant and high rigid thermoplastic resin based thermal conductive and electrical insulating composites was emphasized.
