摘 要:目前国内外含磷聚合物体系的开发和应用尚处于起步阶段,将磷引入聚合物分子骨架上而赋予其阻燃性能是目前热门的研究课题。本文简述了含磷阻燃剂的阻燃机理,综述了含磷反应型阻燃聚合物,包括反应阻燃环氧树脂、聚苯并恶嗪、聚乙烯基和聚丙烯酸、聚酰胺、聚酰亚胺及聚氨酯等合成方法及性能,它们均为分子主链或侧链带含磷基团的无卤型高聚物。Currently, research and application of reactive phosphorus-containing polymer systems at home and abroad is still in initial phase. The introduction of phosphorus to improve the flame retardant of resin systems has been the focus of attention by researchers in recent years. In this paper, the mechanism of the phosphorus-containing flame retardant was simply discussed; a review on the recent developments in the research of reactive phosphorus-containing polymer , including reactive flame retardant epoxy resins, poly-benzoxazine, poly (vinyl) s and poly(acrylic)s, polyamide, polyimide and polyurethane etc was given. Phosphorous-containing groups were introduced to the backbone chain or side chain of the polymers. The synthetic routes and properties were emphasized.
