摘 要:本文对用腐熟污泥替代木屑等外源添加剂高温好氧堆肥作了研究。通过腐熟污泥回流三次的堆肥结果显示,每次回流的堆肥温度都能在55℃以上保持5天以上,达到无害化的要求,含水率都能降到45%左右,污泥的有机物降解率相近,pH在6~9之间。需要注意的是腐熟污泥多次回流中重金属浓度有个增加的过程,达到峰值后逐渐下降。In this paper the composted sludge was adopted stead of additive from external source in the compost study, in which the composted sludge was recycled for three times. The results showed that the compost temperature was increased to and kept above 55℃ and for more than 5 days, which met the requirement of innoxiousness. As to the feature of the composted sludge, the moisture content reduced to about 45%, and pH ranged in 6 - 9 with normal organic degradability. It should be noted that the concentration of heavy metals increased due to the sludge recycling until a peak and then decreased gradually.
