摘  要:介绍了临氢设备用2.25Cr1Mo型厚钢板的标准要求、生产流程、生产控制点,以及宝钢的试制情况,该钢板的组织为均匀的贝氏体组织,具有优良的焊接性能。The three key technical requirements for the production of 2.25Cr1Mo heavy plate are suggested in this paper according to some research results. The technical standards and the experiences of manufacturing and application of equipments working in hydrogen atmosphere are summarized. Four key technologies, such as the refining, casting, rolling and heat treatment, are put forward by analyzing the manufacturing technological process of 2.25Cr1Mo heavy steel plate. Every key technology can be realized or achieved by special equipments. The steel companies in China can produced the 2.25Cr1Mo heavy plate by necessary practice and explore.
