摘　　要：针对冷轧带钢六辊精轧机原箱式开卷机存在拉伤带钢表面、侧面等问题,改用了简易大行程液压开卷机,并对其结构参数进行了设计和确定。从而彻底解决了带钢拉伤问题,不仅产品质量提高,而且月产量由800t提升至1000t。There are some problems of existing pull defect on surface and sides of strip by original decoiler. So, a facility and large stroke length hydraulic decoiler was applied, and its structure parameters were ensured. Above problems can be resolved and productivity can be increased from 800 tons to 1000 tons by the new decoiler.
