摘　　要：本文概述了减速机输入端高速轴存在的润滑油泄漏问题,分析存在问题的原因,并提出了针对性的技术改进方案。通过对新型复合油封技术的结构介绍,原理分析和实际应用对比,说明在减速机输入端高速轴进行新型复合油封技术改造的必要性和可行性。Oil seals are wildly used in gearbox for prevent the lubricant from leaking and prevent the dirt enter the gearbox from polluting the lubricant.A good oil seal not only can prolong the life time of the gearbox but also can reduce the downtime and the cost of maintenance. A new style oil seal replace the traditional rubber seal used on the high speed axis. The paper will show its structure and explain the seal principle in the fact in detail. The comparison to the new oil seal and traditional oil seal demonstrate the feasibility and necessity of utilization the new technology on the high speed axis in the gearbox and bearing box.
