局部吹氧-珍珠粉外敷-碘伏湿敷治疗压疮的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:研究局部吹氧-珍珠粉外敷-碘伏湿敷对压疮的疗效。方法:选择压疮患者30例,随机分为实验组15例、对照组15例,在综合治疗护理的基础上,实验组给予局部吹氧-珍珠粉外敷-碘伏湿敷,对照组给予3%的过氧化氢溶液冲洗,局部用诺氟沙星粉外敷,20天为1个疗程。观察治疗前后临床症状的变化。结果:两组患者治疗后症状均较治疗前有所改善,但实验组明显优于对照组。实验组总有效率为86.7%,对照组总有效率为60.0%(P<0.05)。结论:局部吹氧-珍珠粉外敷-碘伏湿敷对压疮疗效显著。Objective： To probe into the effect of local oxygen blowing--external application of pearl powder--wet packing of iodophor in pressure sore. Method： 30 cases with pressure sore were randomly divided into 15 cases of experimental group and 15 cases of control group. Experimental group was given local oxygen blowing--external application of pearl powder--wet packing of iodophor on the basis of comprehensive treatment. Control group was given 3G hydrogen peroxide solution for washing, the local was given norfloxacin for external application, 20 days was a period course. The：change of clinical symptoms before and after treatment was observed. Result： The symptoms of both groups were improved after therapy, but experimental group was obviously better than control group. The total effective rates were 86.7% in experimental grop and 60.0 % in control group （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Local oxygen blowing--external application of pearl powder--wet packing of iodophor have obvious effect in the treatment of pressure sore.
