循证护理在杀虫双中毒患者护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨杀虫双中毒患者常见问题的护理对策。方法:将循证护理应用于急性杀虫双中毒患者,给患者有效的心理护理,解决患者呼吸衰竭、肺部感染、泌尿系感染、褥疮等问题的实践过程。结果:对62例患者防治相关并发症有明显效果。结论:循证是临床护理基础,能促进护士去寻求具有科学依据的护理实证指导解决临床护理问题,不仅提高了护理人员的专业知识和护理质量,也为病人提供了最安全、最有效、最经济、最合理的护理。Objective： To probe into the nursing strategy of common problems in Shachongshuang intoxicated patients. Method： Evidence--based nursing was applied in acute Shachongshuang intoxicated patients to solve their respiratory failure, pulmonary infection, urinary infection and bedsore and so on. Result： It had obvious effect in the prevention of complications. Conclusions： Evidence--based is the foundation of clinical nursing, which can promote nurses to seek scientific evidence to solve clinical nursing problems. It not only can improve nurses＇professional knowledge and nursing quality, but also provide the most effective, safe, economical and reasonable nursing for patients.
