47例单鼻孔经蝶入路垂体瘤切除术的围术期护理

摘　　要：目的:总结神经内窥镜下单鼻孔经蝶入路垂体瘤切除术的围术期护理,探讨相应的护理及护理措施。方法:术前做好心理护理及术前准备,术后采取正确体位,加强意识,瞳孔及生命体征及并发症的观察及护理,重视术后心理护理及基础护理。结果:在47例单鼻孔经蝶入路垂体瘤切除术的患者中并发脑脊液鼻漏5例,其余均良好。结论:做好患者术前护理,术后病情的观察及早期发现术后并发症,是保证垂体瘤手术成功的关键。Objective： To summarize the perioperative nursing of pituitary tumor surgery by single nostril transsphenoidal approach and discuss corresponding nursing measures. Method： Did a good job in mental nursing and preoperative preparation, took correct posture after operation, and strengthened the observation and nursing on consciousness, pupil, vital sign and complications. Result： In 47 cases, all the cases recovered well excepted 5 cases complicated with cerebrospinal rhinorrhea. Conclusion： Good preoperative nursing, the observation of conditions after operation and early discovery of complications are the key to the success of pituitary tumor surgery.
