摘　　要：目的:探讨内镜下高频电切除大肠巨大息肉护理。方法:回顾性总结分析我院1年余内镜下高频电切除大肠巨大息肉护理配合。结果:本组63例内镜下高频电切除大肠巨大息肉手术均获成功,无并发症发生。结论:内镜下高频电切除大肠息肉目前已成为大肠巨大息肉的首选安全治疗方法。内镜护士在治疗中默契配合及切除后的病情观察和照料是治疗成功的重要保障。Objective： To discuss the nursing of excising large colonic polyp by high frequent electrocut under endoscope. Method： Retrospectively analyzed the nursing cooperation of excising large colonic polyp by high frequent electrocut under endoscope in our hospital in recent 10 years. Result~ Operations were successful in all the 63 cases without complications. Conclusions： High fre- quent electrocut under endoscope is the preferred method for the excision of large colonic polyp because of its safety. Nurses＇ good cooperation as well as disease observation after excision are important safeguards to the success of treatment.
