摘　　要：总结HSR1000型并条机的常见故障及解决措施。对并条机常见故障进行了分类并采取了有效措施予以检修。通过对棉条喂入、自调匀整、牵伸系统、圈条系统、自动换筒吸风、气动及控制部分出现的故障查找原因并实施有效的检修方法,提高了设备运转水平,加强了对进口设备的维护与管理。Common faults and resolving measures of HSRIO00 drawing frame were summarized. Common faults of the drawing frame were classified and effective measures were adopted to examine and repair. Through seeking reasons and implementing effective repairing methods in sliver feeding, auto-leveling, draft system, toiler system, automatic changing can suction, pneumatic and control part, equipment operation level is improved, maintenance and management of imported equipments are strengthened.
