摘　　要：为解决氨纶包芯纱面料"白星"疵点问题,对"白星"疵点形成的原因进行了分析,并对CJ 9.7 tex(33 dtex)氨纶包芯纱生产及面料印染加工过程中影响"白星"形成的因素进行了试验分析,提出并实施了正确选用氨纶丝原料、改进纺纱及印染工艺等有针对性的改进措施。结果使氨纶包芯纱面料"白星"疵点得到有效的控制,面料质量明显提高。To resolve white spot on cotton spandex core-spun yarn fabric,the causes were analysed. Taking CJ 9. 7 tex（ 33 dtex）spandex core-spun yarn as example, factors caused white spot in yarn production and fabric dying ＆ printing process were tested and analysed. Improvement measures that are related with choosing spandex filament, modifying spinning and dying ＆ printing processing et al were put forward and implemented. Finally white spot on cotton spandex corespun yarn fabric could be controlled effectively, fabric quality is improved obviously.
