摘　　要：针对近期华东电网500 kV变电站电容器组故障率偏高的情况,对全网电容器装置近3年的故障情况进行统计分析,认为导致电容器组故障率偏高的主要原因是电容器单元及外熔丝的质量问题,制造工艺控制不严是重要方面。通过各种故障原因的分析,提出了应对故障率偏高情况的解决措施。Since the fault rate of capacitors in 500 kV substations of East China Power Grid is high, the capacitor faults occurred in recent three years in China are analyzed. It is concluded that the high fault rate is due to the quality problem of the capacitor unit and the external fuse. Defects in manufacture technique control are one important reason. Based on analysis of various fault causes, solutions are proposed.
