摘　　要：无功规划是电网规划中的一项重要内容,对于保证电网的安全稳定运行具有重要的意义。提出了华东500 kV电网无功规划新方法:对电网进行合理分类,以潮流计算为基础进行无功电力平衡以及电网静态无功补偿需求计算;通过以各种故障分析为基础的短期电压稳定和以PV曲线为基础的长期电压稳定计算,校核电网动态无功储备和静态无功补偿的合理性。The reactive planning, which is an important component in grid planning, is significant in ensuring safe and secure operation of the grid. The new method for 500 kV grid reactive planning of East China is proposed which includes reasonable classification of the grid, reactive balancing and calculation of static reactive compensation demand based on power flow computations, and rationality checking of dynamic reactive reserve and static reactive compensation through calculations of short-term vohage stability based on various fault analysis and long-term voltage stability based on PV curves.
