摘 要:采用3种方法提高水刺非织造布强力。第1种方法是对水刺布分别做在线和离线浸胶整理实验,测试结果表明强力均得到显著增加,但后者增强效果更好;第2种方法是分别加入黏合纤维和粗涤纶纤维,并与纯涤纶纤维水刺布的强伸特性进行对比分析,结果显示增强效果不显著,但能提高布面光洁度;第3种方法是对水刺布进行轧压整理,在较高压力和一定温度条件下,轧压整理不但能改进水刺布的强力,还使其密度和柔软度都得到提高。根据本文结果可按照产品最终用途合理选择浸胶、加入黏合纤维以及轧压方法来提高水刺非织造布的强力。In order to increase the strength of spunlaced nonwovens, three methods were experimented. The first was online and offline dipping methods, in either case, the spunlaced nonwovens strength can be increased notably, and the latter took the lead. The second one was adding ES fibers and coarse denier PET fibers separately, and then their strength elongation properties were compared with those of the pure PET fiber spunlaced nonwovens. Testing results showed that the strength increment was indistinctive, but the smoothness can be improved. Then calendaring method was adopted, under high pressure and 100 ℃ temperature, not only the strength can be increased, but also the density and softness. Thus, results of the paper provide ways for increasing spunlaced nonwovens strength and suitable methods could be selected according to the end use.
