摘  要:使用机构运动分析的解析方法,在已有的钳板机构结构、运动分析及数学建模的基础上,运用计算机编程技术对E62型精梳机在不同偏心轴参数时的钳板工艺性能进行分析,讨论偏心轴传动比及牵吊杆长度与钳板开口量、开闭口定时、钳板加压的关系。结果表明:适当减小偏心轴传动比及牵吊杆长度,可使钳板的开口定时提前,分离开始前钳板的开口量增大,有利于锡林梳理过的棉丛提前抬头和精梳机的分离接合工作。Analyzing the machine motion and basing on the analysis of the present nipper machine structure and motion as well as establishment of math model, the nipper process performance in conditions of different eccentric shaft parameters on E62 comber is analyzed by computer programming technology, and the relations between eccentric shaft speed ratio, steeve length and nipper opening degree, nipper opening-closing timing, and nipper pressure are discussed. The results indicate that appropriate decreasing of the eccentric shaft speed ratio and steeve length can make nipper opening timing advance and nipper opening degree before detaching increase, this is beneficial to cotton cluster carded by cylinder rising advanced and comber detaching-overlapping operation.
