摘 要:为保证织轴上卷绕的经纱张力均匀,在分析并轴机浆轴丝片退绕张力控制系统技术特点的基础上,介绍一种新型浆轴退绕张力自动控制系统,并对新旧控制系统的技术特点进行对比。这种系统以应变式传感器感应丝片退绕张力的变化,感应速度快。采用变频电动机对浆轴产生阻动和助动作用,控制浆轴的回转速度,使丝片张力保持在预设定的数值,并可用于多种纤维交织织物的经纱并轴加工。采用这种控制系统的2台分单元数字化长丝并轴机在使用中表现出较好的工艺性能。By analyzing the technical progress of auto-control system for unwinding tension of warp sheets from sizing beam in re-beaming machine, a new auto-control system is developed so as to ensure the tension of unwinding warp yams even. A comparison is made between the old and new control systems in terms of technological characteristics. This new system quickly senses the change of unwinding tension of silk sheets from sizing beam by strain gauge sensor, uses frequency converting motors to apply the resistant or driving functions to the sizing beam and control the rotating velocity of sizing beam so that the unwinding tension can be kept at a preset value. This new system is also suitable for re-beaming of warp yams for union fabrics of multi-fibers. The system demonstrates well operational performance when applied to a digital filament rebeaming machine with two accompanying unites.
