桥链含罗丹宁核的份菁染料的合成及其应用研究

摘　　要：以杂环化合物2-甲基苯并噻唑和3-羧甲基罗丹宁为原料,合成了一种新型的桥链含罗丹宁核的份菁光谱增感染料3-羧甲基-5-[3-羧甲基-5-(3-乙基-2-苯并噻唑乙叉)-4-氧代噻唑]-4-氧-2-硫代噻唑双三乙胺盐,收率大于70%,纯度大于99%。该染料为棕红色粉末,熔点204～205℃;最大吸收峰光谱λ_(max)=591 nm(甲醇);作为增感染料在碘溴化银感光乳剂中的最大增感峰 S_(max)=640 nm。该染料用于激光影像片乳剂中增感性能稳定,效果明显,抗老化性能理想,尤其是胶片在显影加工后余色少。A sensitizing dye of merocyanine with rhodanine nucleus on the bridged chain, 3-carboxymethyl-5-[ 3-carboxymethyl-5-（ 3-ethyl-2-benzothiozoleethine ）-4-oxythiozole-]-4-oxy-2-sulfurthiozole bistriethyleneamine was synthesized by using the heterocyclic compounds of 2-methyl benzothiazole and 3-carboxymethyl rhodanine as raw material with the yield above 70% and purity above 99%. The sensitizing dye synthesized is brown red powder with m. p. of 204 -205 ℃. The maximium absorption value in visible spectrum, max, is 591 nm in methanol and Smax is 640 nm in AgBr-AgI emulsion. The sensitizing dye has the advantage of steady sensitizing performance, pronounced effect, perfect antiaging properties when used in the laser imaging film. Especially the residual color is scare after pro-cessing. It can greatly improve the quality of the laser imaging film.
