摘 要:针对芦岭煤矿28采区底板准备巷道需承受上部工作面重复跨采影响的特点,在分析巷道围岩变形机理和巷道原有支护技术的基础上,提出主-被动耦合一体化支护技术方案,该技术首先通过锚注将破碎围岩与U型钢支架实现一次耦合,在此基础上针对U型钢支架结构不稳定的缺陷,其次通过耦合支护装置实现锚索-U型钢支架二次耦合,最后实施底板锚网支护控制底臌,并成功应用于工程实践。According to the feature of the mining prepared gateway in No. 28 ming block of Luling Mine affected by the above seam mining face with multi over passing mining, base on the analysis of the deformation mechanism of the gateway surrounding rocks and the previous support technology of the gateway, the paper provided the active - passive coupling integrated support technology plan. The technology was first to have a first coupling with the broken surrounding rocks and U steel supports with bolt and grouting. Then according to the unstable disadvantage of the U steel support structure, the coupling support device was applied to have the secondary coupling of the anchor - U steel support. Finally the bolt and steel mesh floor support were applied to control the floor heave. The technology was successfully applied to the project practices.
