摘　　要：论证了几种常用的"互反型"标度下,判断矩阵的完全一致性互不相容,并研究了这几种标度下,严格一致性等同范式在另一种"互反型"标度下的一致性比例值,给出达到满意一致的矩阵所占的百分比,得出使用an(a8=9)指数标度更为合理的结论.This paper justifies the complete consistency of judgment matrix based on some common reciprocal scales is incompatible, and the consistency proportions of strictly consistent identiy normal form between these scales are studied. The percent of satisfied consistency matrix is given then, it presents that α^n（α^5--9） exponential scale is more reasonable.
